Froch only wanted him before the tourney when no one else would fight him and Kelly was still a MW. Now that Kelly has shaken off the ring rust and is a SMW he isn't worthy. :rofl

Frochy for me. I love the man, but even with an objective eye, he has too much for Kelly.

Froch dominates Pavlik till Helmet cries...

Pavlik is a H2H nightmare for most of the guys at 160, assuming he's focused and in shape. He's long, rangy and powerful. At the weight above, Kelly loses most of his physical advantages. He's not longer or taller than Froch, (If so, then it's negligable) he's not stronger, faster or a better Boxer. He's essentially a banger, who'd be brawling with a better puncher. He will hit Froch, but Carl won't be going anywhere. Pavlik has a solid beard himself, so he may see the final bell, where he loses a wide UD. I doubt he'd even win the jabbing contest.

See Pavlik/Taylor II. I think you are mistaken on several points and Froch faced a diminished Taylor.

This would be a very good fight...

And Kelly would most likely end up in a pile once Carl fully opens up.

Froch knocks him out and destroys him, I wouldnt want to see this fight purely as it would end Pavliks career and id fear for his well being

He can continue to keep fighting the cans he is currently and maybe face James Degale down the road

Pavlik has never been knocked out. Martinez & Hopkins are always p4p higher than Froch. This is a good fight, don't get it twisted.

Uhuh, and Froch is always p4p higher than Pavlik. Means **** all though, styles make fights and Froch can box as well as bang.

Yup, and Pavlik fought the amazing Jermain Taylor who'd just come off of crushing KO wins over Cory Spinks and Kassim Ouma... Oh wait :blood

What does both having faced Taylor have to do with anything? Pavlik ventured above 160lbs twice (with any significance) and did he look the same? No. He looked poor both times.

Froch is a better fighter now, than when he fought Jermain Taylor. He's less of a brawler, more of a Boxer puncher. He's got better with age. Pavlik has no physical advantage in this fight, none.

Pavliktards are still desperatly talking about the Taylor 1 and Taylor 2, those fights were 5 years ago, he hasn't done jack **** since then and is irrelevant. Deal with it.

I think he'll look like **** saturday and there won't be any talk about Froch-Pavlik.

He's not punch drunk or taken any life threatening beatings. He lost to p4p greats. He's only 30. You're on my list of dumb****s of ESB, you don't know what you're talking about.

The only way Pavlik could win against Carl is in a drinking contest. And that's not even sure, I'm sure he drinks like a ******.

I'll stick a nicker on Carl here.
Froch's angles are all wrong for Kelly.
Kelly's straight movement is perfect for Froch.
