My thought exactly. Taylor is not as good as everyone thinks. He has power and a decent jab (that he doesn't use enough). I can't tell u how many times I yelled at this idiot to put his hands up. He is forever two-stepping backwards into a corner with his hands down and chin out. What is that. I'm glad Steward doesn't work with him anymore because he doesn't listen and refuses to improve. He is on his way to being a journeyman if he doesn't correct his mistakes.:-:)-:)-(

When a fighter with Taylor's history loses to someone as crude and defenseless as Froch, it means it's time to stick a fork in him, he's done. That's not hard to figure out.

Froch KO Pavlik:patsch I did not know Froch could make 160.

There is some truth to what Philla said. Izzy vs Rafa comes to mind.

Also, bear in mind that had Taylor held on for 14 more seconds, he could have won the fight.

Froch will knock him out even earlier.

Froch will go at Taylor much more aggresively and maybe he will get caught. Hard to say. I think Taylor would win a decision. But he would have to work on a few things in the gym.

I think Froch would come out a lot more confident and go after him earlier, he looked like he was shitting himself when he walked to the ring and didn't settle for quite a few rounds.

When he was throwing rights after the jab he was able to control JT a bit but you always got the feeling that he was vulnerable to a hard counter by Taylor. I would favour Froch down the straight but wouldn't be surprised by a JT U/D.

If Taylor's stamina issues are not fixed by now, they will never be fixed.

    Froch TKO 9.

i thought Taylor would win on points, but hats off to Carl Froch, he walked onto some huge shots and just kept on coming. The more he got hit the more he seemed to warm to the shots and walk through them... scary to watch really. I think as the next fight would almost certainly be in the UK that Froch would engage from the start, he had a lot of nervous energy for the first 5-6 rounds and looked out of sorts, but he showed the heart of a true champion finishing the way he did. I see it ending in a similar way, Taylor outboxing a more relaxed and confident Froch before eating hard rights. I'd like to Froch's jab be more consistent too, when he flicked it out it did nothing, but when he threw it properly and brought the right over the top he was getting to Taylor even when he blocked it you could see he was clearly worried about this guys power.

Jermain went out on his shield for his efforts, he did tire out, but I think it's more a mental issue which is physically draining his stamina. He looked confused as the fight went on, as he was hitting this guy full force whilst walking onto shots and he seemed to be getting stronger. Taylor really needs a strong character trainer to pump him up, a Roger or Floyd Mayweather type I think would be perfect.

NOW TELL US PASCAL WASNT WORLD CLASS!!!

-it would be fought in england with home support leaving taylors team to chant usa usa to anyone who cares, which wont be many!

-froch was tense, and understandably slightly off his game due to the monumental task he was about to underake,he would be much more fluid in his movements and knowledgeable regarding taylors game in a home soil return fight

-it wont happen anyway, froch is 31 and has big fish to fry if he wants to leave that indelible stamp on the SMW division,no effing around with rematches, pascal wanted one too!

To the victor, the spoils. FROCH HAS ARRIVED.

footnote for the critics:you talk **** and you back it up you find a ****in heart and dig deep, thats what frochs about!no one ever said froch was the greatest boxer ever but hes a warrior who puts it on the line and gives the fans and opponents a fecking fight,he is what boxing personifies and what the sport needs, more fighters like him please!!!!

Considering the same dumb **** was said about Taylor after his beat down at the hands of Pavlik I will give him a shot in the rematch against Froch ..Hell he was 14 seconds away from being on top again .He earned his right to a rematch !! And in the rematch against Pavlik he made the fight very close and could of pulled it out ..Taylor is 1-1 in his last 2 fights he's far from done !!
