Taylor by decision. I trust all those who have talked about Froch whipping Taylor won't disappear on us..

Froch has good power. But i think he's a little overated in this department. And Taylor can take a shot. He's more well schooled then Pascal, hits harder, and has good speed. Taylor's flaws are there to be taken advantage of by conventional boxers and counter punchers. But Froch isn't that type of guy so I see it being tough for him to win.

Both arent spectacular...Taylor is better overall and I think he should take this..but his flaws may play into Froch's hands down the stretch..Intruiging fight.

Jermain has the better jab, will see Carl's shots coming and he wont stand and trade with Carl like Pascal did so I'd go with a Taylor UD.
Froch has decent power though and if he rocked JT he'd definately go in for the kill.

Questionable stamina vs Froch tendency to still be fairly strong late in fights.

Durability...its not bad, but its not great. Froch seems to have a good chin and power, so JT's average durability could become a liability when mixed with the fact he is not a fighter who can really fight at a high pace.
Also dont rate his pure technical skill that highly...he is more a very athletic fighter, so if he get tired he doesnt quite have the best defensive tools to get him out of trouble..He tends to just to hold a lot.

Dont get me wrong though..Froch's flaws will no doubt assist Taylor, probably more so then the other way. Thats why I think JT will win a decision, a clear one. Its just that the chance he puffs out and gets stopped is a live one for the reasons I mentioned aboved.

Well, as Froch does not fight at a very high pace, stamina shouldn't be a key factor.

Taylor should win this, but something tells me he won't. I'm going with Froch based totally on gut feeling.

I'll stand by my words...unless Froch can hurt taylor early or draw him into a brawl where Taylor is known to lose his ring smarts, Taylor wins. If Froch can, TKO win for The Cobra.
