Froch hunted him down like a dog, taking his time with the job...it was quite chilling to watch :deal

 That's why they call him the cobra he lived up to the nickname Froch has all the bad guy qualities and the ending was brilliant and the showtime commentator done a great job.

OK. I'm English and really like Froch. He has great heart and stamina and has a granite chin. BUT how could anyone not see that he was completely outclassed, outskilled and outspeeded that night?

Froch was making a HUGE HUGE HUGE step up in class and it only makes sense that he wouldn't have the experience or the ring smarts to beat someone like Taylor. Who on Froch's resume can you quote that is anywhere near the class of Taylor?

People who are giving Froch rounds are crazy. How can you win a fight by just following your opponent around the ring all night like a robot and soaking up punch after punch?

It was a schooling of the highest degree. This was like Hopkins - Pavlik. Taylor had it in the bag. All he needed to do was hold and rest for the last round. What an idiot. As I said before in another thread if you took Taylor skills, speed and ring smarts and mixed them with Froch's chin, power, heart and stamina you'd have a near perfect fighter.

Taylor ran out of gas and all respect to Froch despite being completely out of his league took advantage of that and got the KO.
    GREAT fight.

Taylor was told by his corner he needed to go out and win the round. Being exhausted he should have fought defensively and held and grabbed. Hopkins does it for entire boxing matches why can't Taylor do it for one stinking round.

Excatly! It wasn't even a close fight for most of it and Froch looked like he was going back to Nottingham a bit embarrassed...

When he called out Joe calzaghe afterwards I remember thinking that Calzaghe would embarrass him more than he did Lacy.

I agree that Froch wasn't in all that much trouble. His eyes we not glazed and his legs weren't wobbly. Taylor had just hit him so hard he literally 'knocked him over'

And Taylor DID SCHOOL FROCH. Froch has no experience fighting at that level. No one on his resume comes close to the class of Taylor. Froch was in way over his head, not on home turf against an opponent who had fought THE BEST. Of course he is going to be taught a boxing lesson. It goes without saying. And then we all saw it happen on the night. Apart from Taylor has no endurance and very bad stamina problems which Froch was lucky enough to be able to capitalise on.

'Taylor is a damn good opponent' What are you on about. He's much better tha 'damn good' he beat the legendary Bernard Hopkins twice.

Cool.:good Congrats again to Froch and his fans, as I'm sure watching that comeback as a Froch fan had to be top shelf.

Personally, I was happy as **** for about 8-10 rounds, then got depressed than a mother ****er.

Froch is an old school warrior and he showed you why you can never count him out of a fight. Great performance by Froch.

Made a Froch fan out of me, even though he got one of my favorite fighters (I''m STILL not ready to give up on JT though...) Can't wait to see Froch fight next.

That's one second of a fight that went on for 11 rounds, 2 minutes and 46 seconds... If you think that photo proves anything but what the outcome was then you need to think about things...

If Jeff Lacy had dropped Calzaghe in the 12th and we had a photo of Calzaghe in a similar position to Taylor above would you question Lacy's schooling?

i agree... i figured it would be better if jt won but froch is making things interesting... he talks a lot of **** which is good for the sport...

i think jmm vs diaz is so ****ing over rated... berto vs collazo & this fight are both better ( goes to make a thread )

If Lacy had KTFO of Calzaghe we wouldn't be talking about a schooling by Calzaghe because it would have been a completely moot point. This whole Taylor - Froch bollocks is taking on the form of Vitali - Lewis with people bleating that Vitali was ahead on the cards when he had his face torn off...it doesn't matter if Taylor won every second of every round because it is the last second that counts the most, and that is what is represented in the photo, i.e. Taylor completely and absolutely destroyed by Froch
