first off i want to say that i am fan of Carl Froch and i want him to win... But i just cant stop thinking of how many punches Ward will land on Froch's chin, Froch couldnt stop Johnson (who really isnt fast) from hitting him in the face .. Ward also have excellent body punching, which is an underrated attribute Ward posses, this mixed up with the fact that Ward can fight both inside and outside will make a long day for Carl's defense.. If Kessler couldnt land the jab on Ward, then i really doubt that Froch can, the only real threat Froch has against Ward is his right hand, but once Ward gets past that jab i doubt he will fire it.. If you notice, everytime a fighter gets inside Froch's jab he backs away, Ward is younger and fresher than Carl and would hit Froch as he retreats.. People would probably like to use the Bika fight to say that Froch has a good chance of beating Ward.. But Froch isnt Bika, Bika is faster, (and despite Froch being a tough son of a *****) knows the dirty/inside game better..´
I would love to see Carl prove me wrong through..

Ward has the boxing skill to nullify Froch's offense and will punish Froch for keeping his hands low. Froch has improved alot but Ward has much better fundamentals and is a more rounded fighter, able to fight long distance, medium distance and the inside.

I think they could fight 10 times and Ward would win every time.

There is a reason why Ward has not lost for so long.

I rewatched the Ward -- Bika fight. Bika was surprisingly elusive and Ward had a hard time landing clean on him. Bika was also extremely strong and physical on the inside, preventing Ward from getting off by locking arms.

Froch is also strong, but not used to the type of inside mauling and brawling that Ward welcomes.

Ward has been spoon fed and is coming in thinking its going to be easy

Froch has faced the best the tournament has had to offer

Wards going to rough Froch up when he gets taken out of his comfort zone, Froch is going to rough house back, Points will be taken, Somebodies hitting the canvas knockdown or not, Ward is going to have to hope it goes to scorecards

This is no mismatch. This is actually one of the best fights that can be made.

Froch has a massive reach advantage and probably the best jab in the Super 6. He's also been improving every fight, which is noticable by the sharp shots he landed on the inside against Johnson.

Ward is a perfectionist and likely has the edge on the inside, but may not be able to control the fight at range. I suspect that his will be to take this fight on the inside against Froch considering he did so against Green and Bika who also had longer reaches, and one of which is known as a decent outside boxer.

Both guys like to scrap and both are highly skilled.

I think it's an excellent fight, but I slightly favor Ward to take a close decision. Either way, it's very competitive.

Son of Otkke will lose to Froch, bring the fight over to europe, lets see how well he does in a unbiased location.

Johnson hits harder than ward this will be a big problem for ward if froch feels like he can walk through ward.

"SOG's people will demand this fight be in the USA"

Actually, Showtime demanded it three years ago when the contracts were signed.

Bika looked great with Ronnie Shields. I think he'd beat Dirrell or maybe even Kessler right now.

You're right. When Ward won an Olympic Gold medal in Greece he revealed how completely out of his depth he was when he had to fight in an unbiased venue.
