I really don't like Virgil Hunter. He thinks he is some kind of prophet or something with his perceived words of wisdom.
There's something stopping me placing a huge bet on Ward by UD (11/8 at Boyles). Not sure what it is, blind fanboyism perhaps. I said to a mate the other day that I'd be impressed if Froch won three rounds.
Virgil Hunter is an absolute bellend. Felt sorry for Abraham after watching that, seems like a good bloke. Hopefully he goes on to have a bit more success back down at middleweight. There are plenty of good fights for him down there. I'd love to see Abraham/Macklin.
He was trying to wind Abraham up before the fight and basically acting like a twat. Ward and his team are in danger of drowning in a pool of their own smug gittiness.
Dreamt that Froch laid Ward out in the 5th last night with a big right hand. The last boxing dream I had had Barker beating Martinez though so don't go opening up Paddy Power just yet.
Hunter and Ward are probabily the best trainer/fighter partnership in boxing. Apart from perhaps Freddie and Manny. They're on the same page with everything. Hunter is a real student of the game. Knows his ****.
I'm thinking Froch can catch Ward with the left hook all night and stop him eventually, rds 8-12 KO. :happy Watching Ringside just now and Carl is ripping DeGale for not sparring with him, doesn't have many fans our chunky
The super 6 has had its ups and downs but I really cant wait for this! Id love to see Froch pull it off but Ward is an exceptional fighter and I think he will take it on points.
