If that fight does happen what chance do you give froch? Still think even if the fight happens in Nottingham ward beats him. Cant see hearn offering enough for froch to have home advantage though
stupid thread obviously a Froch hater cause no other super middle has a chance of beating him. Froch had the worst night of his career against Ward, every fighter has an off night.. that wasn't the real Froch in there. In the Uk Froch is unbeaten, In nottingham, after ward being inactive, with the atmosphere and how motivated Froch would be I reckon Froch would do him.
Wards inactivity and seemingly lack of interest in fighting plus home advantage would really help froch. I favor ward just because his skills are a nightmare for froch but it will be close and froch is on a good ko run
Weird comment. Not a stupid thread at all - perfectly good thread in fact - and no indication that the OP is a Froch hater.
I'm a huge Froch fan but even I know that realistically he is likely to lose unless massive advantages go his way, and even then he is the underdog
think froch has a bigger chance than many people are giving him, Based on the scores from the first fight he 'only' needs to turn around 3 rounds in his favour to win a majority decision. Add in some home advantage, wards ring rust + a ref who's going to pull ward up on his clinching I think froch has a decent chance at this. in USA ward will easily jab and grab his way to a UD again though.
There's no way Hearn will let Froch lose in Nottingham. Money talks. The only way Ward can win in the UK is by a KO
Yeah I agree but just stating that just because you think some beats someone doesn't make you a hater of the one you think will lose. I think it 60/40 in the UK in favour of Ward and we see these fights go either way all of the time.
If it is the next scheduled fight for both and it happens in the UK you have to consider it a 50/50 fight. If Ward has a warm up fight and comes through against a decent opponent, it happens in America than you have to make Ward a favourite again.
