Im surprised at how many pros, ex pros are picking Canelo here. My mind can be changed, im happy to listen to alternative views and change my own but i feel 100% convinced this is Golovkins night and Canelo is just not ready for what the elite Middleweights who are fighting at their natural weight limit bring to the table. Froch asks who has Golovkin fought? Im asking who has Canelo fought at Middleweight.
Daniel Jacobs and David Lemieux are the two top 5 ranked MW's he has fought. Carl Froch was a great SMW. Froch is a whiner though, so he won't get too much benefit of the doubt when saying this.
Middleweights or not, Canelo has fought much better fighters than Golovkin. If anyone is stepping up in quality here it's GGG.
The answer to Froch's question is, he has fought everyone put in front of him at 160lb just like Froch did at his weight..Froch just twisting stuff !
fighters don't get caught up in the hype like fans. I'd be very concerned if my fighter was scared of another fighter. Its not in their makeup or they wouldn't get to world level !
I totally agree, Canelo's resume is vastly superior to Golovkins and Canelo is a better Boxer than anybody GGG has faced to date. Ive never questioned Canelo's talent. But Canelo has never fought a Middleweight, thats something that isnt on his resume. Thats not strange in itself but he has already been in and around the division, held a world title, gone back down in weight and come back up in weight and STILL hasnt fought a real and current Middleweight, Oscar has worked his backside off to keep him away from them. The 154 division is dead money wise Middle was the only place to really go but there has been 2 years of hesitancy. So i can see all the great names on Canelo,s resume but cuz he beat some great Welterweights doesnt mean he can cut it with great Middleweights and if they were supremely confident then there would already be some Middleweights on his resume.

This is such a bull**** argument. I like Froch, was always a fan of him and his style in his day, but he avoided GGG just like everyone else with a bit of popularity and a shiny record. Then the same ******** who wouldn't fight him because ("who has he fought") turn around again when he does finally land a high profile fight at 35 and say again "who has he fought?" He fought whoever had balls enough to get in the ring with him, if there aren't a lot of high profile names on his resume, it's because he was avoided. So how in the **** does dudes being scared to a.) fight him b.) get KO'ed c.) lose their 0 go against GGG like he's done something wrong.
Canelo gave His belt to Him also....this who has he Fought Bull Sh1t is almost Laughable...if Froch and Canelo had have Manned up some Years back we would not be having this argument...Looking forward to this Fight this weekend a lot of People on either side will have Egg on there Faces.!!!
Froch refused to fight Golovkin for a big money fight, Froch knows it too.....................he has sour grapes. Crawford and Jacobs are picking Golovkin by knockout!!!!!!!
Didn't GGG want to fight him at Middleweight.. when's the last time Froch weighed 160 lb? Froch is a bit of a bellend though
