Froch will beat Kessler too...

    Froch is all wrong for Kessler.

    True that he's not as fast as Ward, nor does he have his reflexes, and it will be a closer fight, but Froch will beat Kessler too.

    But it's not only about styles, it's about heart. And Kessler is a guy that just doesn't have the toughness that he needs in order hang in there with Froch.

    While Kessler has him beat in the speed department, boxing isn't just about speed or height, or power, and other physical attributes.

    It's about skill, styles, and heart.

    And Kessler will have a hard time landing on Froch without getting countered, and when it becomes an inside fight, both men are not great on the inside, but Froch still has the advantage and will rough Kessler up.

    And while Kessler will likely win some rounds in this fight, he may not make it to the final bell.

    And for the record, I think Ward is the best fighter in this tournament, but Froch is very underrated.

    i will laugh my ass off is kessler gets knocked out by this guy, then ill be waiting for our good friend laudrup to make millions of excuses should this ever happen.

    I got Kessler picking Froch apart.
    (Looking foward to a Kessler Vs. Ward rematch as a possible finale)

    I don't think so.

    Froch is an underrated guy. He's been in there with Taylor, Pascal, and Dirrell and managed to win all three fights.

    He beat Pascal clear and knocked out Taylor.

    While the Dirrell fight was close and Dirrell certainly had the potential to win the fight given his style and his physical attributes, he just didn't do enough to win.

    Regardless, Kessler is not Dirrell.

    If he can't win the Jabbing contest he'll have a tough time. They say he's a very good counter puncher. For my part I have never seen that from him. I believe that Froch has a better jab and if that is true then I think he'll have a tough time. I have to admitt though I have seen much more of Froch then Kessler.

    I think what people fail to realise is that Froch is an actual mentalist!!!
    In his mind he sees no conceivable way that he can lose, that makes him a seriously formidable opponent. Kessler doenst have the win at all costs mentality that Froch has, and wont go the extra mile to win it!
    If Kessler is there to be hit as much as he was on Saturady it should be a brawl, bc we know Froch 1st and only line of defence is his head!

    Kessler is better than Froch at everything. Maybe not inside fighting, but everything else. They both like to fight, and due to Kessler superior speed, power and better combination punching, Kessler will always win exchanges and will have a sitting target in front of him. Froch's foot/head movement, is simply not good enough to slip punches from Mikkel.

    I didn't see much head movement from Kessler either...

    And given Froch's style, Kessler will have to reach in to hit him, and I think Kessler showed against Ward that he is uncomfortable doing that. Taylor managed to hit him with overhand looping rights. This is a punch that I've never seen a very straight punching Kessler utilize.

    I don't believe that Kessler will be there to be hit by Froch. The reason being that Froch will not be able to close the distance on Kessler as fast as Ward did last saturday.

    You are right about this, but Froch is longer than Ward and will put Kessler in a similiar scenario.

    I think that Kessler is the kind of guy that will be motivated by a loss, I think he will hard up to back and prove himself.

    I agree. Froch seeing Ward rough up Kessler had to give him even more confidence. I think Froch will rough up Kessler beating him up on the inside and turn it into a ugly fight. He knows the mentally weak Kessler can't handle that or handle a war. Kessler is a robot he's not programmed to handle that type of fight and Froch will short circuit the android Kessler.:deal
