When an if Kessler destroy Froch in 6 rounds, he will be the best SMW or what? it seems like whenever one beat another, he is the best thing in the division, so what do you think ?

I hope Kessler KOs Froch in 3 rounds. Kessler is a much better boxer than Froch anyway.

When news of the tourney first broke I said, "Mikkell Kessler will hit Carl Froch in the face until Froch falls down, and can't get back up. A pre-fight analysis need be no more complex than that!"

Now, I'm not so sure. I have a feeling that Kessler's best days are behind him, and that makes this a 50/50 fight. I hope I am wrong, but . . . . ?

I've been calling a Kessler victory since the tournament was set, but I don't know anymore. I've put in some Froch fights and Kessler's since his first loss and I'm leaning towards The Cobra. Kessler's horribly 1-dimensional, throws the same combinations over and over again, doesn't look as quick/sharp as he used to, and retreats straight back open for anything up the center when he's attacked. Froch might just bully him/rough him up and take Mikkel out of his gameplan. He's definitely the tougher/mentally strong combatant. Kessler gets this look on his face that screams "I'm discouraged" when he's taken out of his comfort zone.

Froch has his flaws too and is more hittable, so it wouldn't surprise me if he was handed his first official L.

IF Kessler did destroy Froch, he'd still be behind Ward.

What I mean is how do we rank him after, win or loose?'
AA was no 1 two min ago, Bute was no 1 after Andrade ll, now Kessler is faded, what will happend when he kick Froch, is he nr. 1 or 5 ?

Froch's chin is very underrated. It's there with the best in boxing, without doubt. It's better than Andrade's or Margarito's. The definition of iron.

kessler wins... but I don't know about less than 6 rounds.. frochy boy gets a lil more credit than that....expect kessler to be fouled a bunch though.

I think Froch chin is overrated, Taylor had him down, and with a killer instinct the figth has been over.

He's taken bombs in so many fights, yet never been legitimately hurt. He's been down, sure, but too many people think he is a stoppage waiting to happen because he takes clean punches. Abraham, Kessler and even Ward have all been predicted to stop Froch, yet the prediction is baseless.

I disagree. I think Froch is going to bust Kessler up. He's not only going to get the better of Kessler on the inside where Kessler does not like it, but on the outside too.

Kessler may get stopped to be honest.

MW Taylor had Froch on his ass hurt and Dirrell stunned him badly. Kessler has the power to put Froch's lights out. If Kessler KOs Froch then he'll rank either 2 or 3, I suppose. Dirrell would be his only competition at 2, because most thought he beat Froch to begin with.

Very tough fight to call. Kessler's confidence seems shot to pieces. He'll either wilt, or take out his frustration and Shatter Froch's exposed Jaw.

I agree with this. I expect a similar fight to how Froch/Pascal was, because Kessler has a warriors heart, but I don't think he can win that type of fight against someone tougher and a bigger puncher.
