I'd say your analysis of this fight is well wide of the mark, Taylor has great skills it's just that he seems to lack motivation and concentration. He had Pavlik out of it but stepped off the gas in their first fight and allowed Pavlik to regain his composure and get back into the fight. If Taylor stays on top of his game he would be a match for anybody @168 but he's so frustrating because the man has skills in abundance he just doesn't apply himself for a full 12 rounds. If Froch is to win this fight it will be late, Taylor could at some point become complacent and that will be the time for Froch to strike.
This newbie don't knoow much about boxing..ROBBED..I HAD BOTH FIGHTS 7-5 FOR TAYLOR... IN Both fights BHOP lost by 115-113 on 5 judges and 1 judge had it 116-112.. ALL FAIR SCORES:bbb
No he isn't. Berrio can punch, but if you hit him before he hits you, you've got an easy night. Froch will be there working away for the whole 12 rounds. He also knows how to use his other advantages such as his long jab, which he used to control the Pascal fight.
I hope so because he was looking pretty ****ed after 4 rounds against Pascal, He sucked it up though and came on strong at the end of the fight, maybe effects of the rib injury were showing. I think he can Break down Taylor mentally as i think that's Taylor's biggest problem, and another strong showing down the stretch could seal the deal.
Nice send up of the original post. :good I don't agree with a single word of it, but I found it amusing, nonetheless.
I know right. he shouldnt even fight him. he should just call froch and apologize for thinking about being a boxer.
Given Kessler's lack of activity and WORTHY opponents, he may be as rusty as JT. Lacy is probably still better than the last two Kessler faced. Hard to say. I still give the edge to Kessler pending a few more fights at SMW before I really pick a place for Taylor, but Kessler is approaching is expiration date under Palle.
