Another Mosley - Margarito type fight. Taylor uses Froch as a human punching bag and the ref has to save him around round 9. Taylor is a different class.

I think there is alot of Nostalgia in this thread, Taylor might beat Froch, but he isn't very good anymore. He is in for a world of hurt down the road.

The Frochluddittes are grasping at straws looking for anything that they hope will give Froch the edge in this fight. But, rest easy, they will be gone come Sunday. :deal

I still haven't made up my mind about this one yet.
Part of me thinks that Taylor will use his jab to exploit Froch's non-existant defence en route to an easy points victory.
Having said that, Taylor struggled more with Lacy than I thought he would and I don't think he has the same stomach for battle that Froch has.
I'm leaning towards Taylor at the moment.

Check out the last three rounds of Hopkins - Taylor I. Taylor ate right hand after right hand. Hopkins adopted a poise which Carl Froch is known for; dropping his left hand to invite Taylor onto his right. I think this will be Taylor's undoing, he'll trying to exploit that gap and Carl Froch will eventually spark him out with a big right hand. I can't see it any other way, and I prefer Taylor to Froch.

Taylor's got all the tools, but I suspect his mind isn't in it anymore. This will probably end-up a closed decision win for JT.
