    Duran
    Napoles
    Lomachenko
    Whitaker
    - Those four are locks for beating Floyd.
    De La Hoya - maybe
No one else. I think he beats Chavez.

He'd have trouble as well with Camacho at 130 and Pryor at 140. Williams has to be tough as would Saddler at 130. I would absolutely pick Armstrong over him. I think he would be a bad matchup.

There's just so many great fighters thru that weight range. Mayweather is a great fighter but there is multitudes of them.

At 130 - Probably no one, but Arguello would have the best chance.

At 135 - Duran, Whitaker, Chavez, Ike Williams, Carlos Ortiz, and Mosley.

At 140 - Pryor, Napoles, Whitaker, Benitez, DLH.

If you think NO ONE from 130-140 beats Floyd, then you've got to be a mainstream teeny bopper.

This man was not the best fighter of all time.

    Exactly.
He's great enough for me not to argue strongly any individual fighter to beat him in this weight range, but there's no way he's beating them all.

    Julio Cesar Chavez
    Henry Armstrong
    Hector Camacho
    Meldrick Taylor maybe
Floyd Mayweather said he would have loved to fight Alexis Arguello, i feel Mayweather would have won, but it sounds like a fun fight.

Oscar has a solid chance of beating Floyd at 147.

At 140 Oscar gets completely shutdown by Floyd.

Oscar had enough power in both weight classes to take Floyd out .

Buts its a very very small chance Floyd gets stopped.

    Pernell Whitaker beats him
    Aaron Pryor beats him
    Duran mauls him
    Shane Mosley 50/50 fight
    Meldrick Taylor 50/50 fight
Trinidad at 140 overwhelms him and finishes him.
    Mayweather beats Chavez.
