From 1909-1914 is there any LW or WW you'd favour over Packey

    What say you?

For 5 years he was arguably the best man from LW to WW. He didn't hold a title in any of the two divisions but he beat notable opponents and held a loft reputation during this time.

Is it fair to say he was the best in both divisions for these 5 years?
