If He beats Floyd yes. Just for the fact that while Floyd isnt an offensive machine, He is the most defensive (fight not to lose) among those fighters.

You also have to consider the stylistic mismatch. It is an absolute nightmare for Pac. Pac beating Floyd is not dissimilar to a Stock Car beating an F1 car in circuit racing.

i used to remember pimpc, sdsfinest and toopretty hugging on pac's nuts like a ******* when he was at 130 and the lower weights. when pac went up and became a threat to floyd, everything changed from then on. but to be fair, even floyd himself is a big ******* when pac was campaigning at the lower weights. there's a video of floyd cheering wildly for pacquaio against morales.
