    :lol: close thread. that's what i call a real tough ride.

    closest to that nowadays is the super six fighters and even they try pull the fights back so they have longer to rest/prepare.

    I was gonna mention Froch going from Pascal to Kessler via Taylor and Dirrell in 16 months but I didn't want to open up any old wounds.

    Watched the Lewis fight the other night, he was a tough as old boots...:yep

    15 Rounds and same day weigh in as well...:nut

    Loved it when they met in the centre of the ring and shook hands ungloved before the first bell, that is what our sport is lacking right now...:deal

    for modern day boxing that's a good shout pal :good. I'm a Froch fan so i back the lad all day. He's one of the last old school fighters we have.
