From Loma Being A FrontRunner/Bully, to Ortiz Being Mangled Against Loma..What We Have Learned Today

I can't see any other outcome for Loma at 135 pounds either, he's not a natural lightweight but his great skills have let him campaign at that weight but now pushing 35 against these bigger, stronger, younger fighters he'll be flirtin with disaster,,,as Molly Hatchet would say

 

Ortiz is a damn WW masquerading as a LW & Loma was still able to force the action , keep him honest & not be bullied.. Hes one of the best in ring technicians I've ever seen.. I actually thought the performance was a good one and Ortiz will definitely come again.. but in No way was this fight close , and the likes of Davis and Haney have had much closer fights in my opinion.. despite being naturally bigger than tiny Loma

 

Agree, i think that bruise under Loma's eye in the first round may have swayed the public more so in terms of the damage that they thought to be happening, as i also saw Loma slip,miss,guard & block allot of Ortiz's punches that was coming thru, even though i thought Ortiz Jab was very good in the fight.
