From nothing to hopefully fighting

    Righty, been to around 5 Muay Thai lessons and really want to get into doing competitions. Mainly for fitness but id like to try actually doing something as i love boxing.

    I have this as my schedule

    Monday AM - Weight circuit
    Monday PM - Cardio + bag work
    Tuesday AM - Run (around 5k)
    Tuesday PM - Nothing
    Wednesday AM - Weight Circuit
    Wednesday PM - Cardio - Bag work
    Thursday AM - Nothing
    Thursday PM - Thai Boxing
    Friday AM - Swim (around 1k)
    Friday PM - Bag work
    Saturday - Nothing
    Sunday - 10k run

    Did a 10k run last sunday and did it in 1 hour, would like to get that down hopefully but i did feel quite sick from it. Want to include stretching as well as i cant even touch my toes. :patsch

    Got my 5k time down to 26 minutes now.

    Started at a boxing gym as well because the work out is a lot better.
