US ended visas for Russian citizens a few days ago. So, we won't see any Russian fighters in US in any near future. This is not good for boxing. Now, most of them will fight in Russia, Germany, UK etc..

I think normal thing for them might be also to establish their own pro boxing orgs and never agree to fight in U.S or U.K cos comments and cards.
I btw do not care so much about fighters origin but I never ever will watch clenelo fights after I had watched with comments clenelo vs Khan, this induces in me only wish to vomit and buterelo: no, thanks, 0 intents to watch him and especially listen to comments.

If i'm not mistaken, russians can apply for visa online. In reponse to sanctions from USA , now It's the physical american embassy that were forbidden to hire russians (for cleaning, and everything else, now they should take amerians to be their servants in their embassy instead of russians), and because of that they said now they have no time to work like before (it's again politics, don't know what's the problem to hire americans to do the cleaning and all that work).
They both recall their ambassadors, that happen usually when the countries are close to or in war.I hope and believe that situatin soon will be resolved.

we kind of are at war now. shots have been fired. putins involvement in our internal affairs is no longer being ignored. you can bet we got multiple cyberattack operations against russia happening right now. putin is not just reacting to this, he is responding to what he knows the spooks are up to.

Good. They too often get robbed in the US, example being Kovalev-Ward I.

They can still get visas by visiting a third country, though this is a burden for the lower pevel fighters especially.

Unfortunately all this conflict is preventing our fighting!
