He was at #7? Pavlik was at #7 before that. Watch out for whoever they put there next.

the ring should show its not bias towards fighters who do not fight on american soil all of the time.

wlad/chris john/mikkel kessler /etc etc hardly ever get a look in , despite having good credentials.

margarito is a good tough welterweight for example but he is limited in abilty and skill and its not hard to work out how he is going to lose.

does being tough and having the style to beat certain opponents make you P4P.

    imo NO.

I don't think Chris John deserves to be mentioned in the P4P rating. Aside from Marquez, who has he beaten? He is the most protected boxer in the planet.

I wouldn't say Mijares is a journeyman now, as his skills still due remain and he did reach the top 10 P4P, but I think Darchinyan shocked us all last night.. I didn't even know if it was possible to say this, but he outboxed Mijares.. Wow..

He was caught in a bad night. I don't think he can be considered a journeyman.

Do you even know what a journeyman is? Mijares record (Especially of late) does not qualify as "journeyman"

But then, you already knew this and just wanted to make an inflammatory thread.

Exactly. Margo is only in people's p4p top 10 because of a knee-jerk reaction. He is not top 10 material. :verysad
