From round 1, Angulo was just jabbing and was not throwing many power shots.

Looked like Angulo was just jabbing and not throwing many power shots were thrown compared to his relentless pressure in his previous fights....

That $100,000 that Alvarez gave Angulo..... was a great bonus.

he was hurt from the very 1st second of the fight. Thats why he had no pop. People are so underestimating that. It was nothing like he thought it was going to be. The fight was over in the first 30 seconds. It was a shock to Angulo's system and those hard shots drained him and discouraged him

I have'nt seen the fight but watched highlights on Unvision TV.
Spanish sportcasters there commented that Angulo looked dehydrated and beat in the official weighin and that it was'nt any suprise to anyone that witnessed that weighin that Angulo who looked downcast and did'nt conduct any interviews at the weighin, would lose the way he did.

Paulie said that Angulo needs to be coming forward to get power on his shots. Canelo putting Angulo on the back foot prevented this.

He also said that Canelo's defense, and the counters Canelo was landing, were making Angulo hesitant in his offense.

I'd say that's it right there in a nutshell.

Why invent conspiracy theories and other excuses instead of just admitting that Canelo is just a better fighter?
