No, it was rejected during mediation. The mediator even stated that Arum was LYING about 14 days never being offered.

Arum pronounced the fight dead a million times. Which time are you referring to?

Science assured Floyd that he wouldn't get escape?

So what's wrong with science that the amount of blood they are going to take from Manny wont have ANY effect on him after an hour that he gave blood?

But wait, that's not good enough huh?

Mayweather, in a statement on thescene.com claimed that “before the mediation my team proposed a 14 day, no blood-testing window leading up to the fight and it was rejected”

Pac wanted 30, Floyd offered 14.

They went into mediation, the proposal was 24 due to the Hatton tests.

    SEEMS FAIR

THX 4 bringing reason to the board... don't stay too long though, you'll get depressed by the ignorance of some ppl who will always state either pac's phobias for blood taken out and/or pac's "willingness" to take 3 (three) :yep different blood tests (including 1 after fight) BUT NOT RANDOM.... WHAT a fu****g INSULT!

So it's fair that Floyd goes half way but Manny only drops from to 30 to 24? 6 days?

And the mediator already said Arum was lying.

If you remember Pacquiao's original stance, it was 1 test before the press conference, and one after. That means that he went from 60 or so days to 30.

and even before that, he went from nothing at all to 60 days.

and even before that, his starting point was no blood tests at all. So he gave up alot more than half.

do you need a source for me to show you that blood tests for PED before a fight are not in the NSAC guidelines?

go look for one yourself. Its common knowledge at this point. They do urine tests.

    It's okay.

Manny agreed to the blood test. And he backed out of negotiations. i'll remember from now on that I can make up anything with you because,

    you don't need a source.

It's definitely a sad day for boxing as a sport when we are arguing this kind of thing... I remember watching wrestling when I was a kid... now my point of view of wrestling is not the same.... same thing is beginning to happen to boxing... THX Manny!! you are a real hero.... yeah, blame it on Mayweather, after all, he's not very well liked either!!
