Smith is throwing jabs into the guard of Davis. Chopping right hands behind the jab. Davis is taking fake steps in with the left foot and falling into retreat. Smith presses him into the ropes with jab and chopping right sequences. Davis hurt. Smith follows him across the ring, skipping out to let Davis emerge from a corner after Davis curls up into a defensive ball.

Smith is piercing the guard with his jab and whipping the right hand into Davis' neck. Smith jabs Davis into a corner and pursues him along the ropes. Left hook by Smith, hurting Davis. Hooks and rights by Smith as Davis jogs away. Clinch by Davis. High jab by Davis, blocked. 1-2 by Davis, pretense for a clinch. Davis' nose looks to have softened up. Jab by Smith. 1-2 by Smith. BIG right hand by Smith. Another chop and Davis goes down. Nady counts, Davis watching from his butt.
