He obviously has no intention of becoming a statistic. He doesn't like the ring of "Number Seven". (didn't anybody ever tell him it was lucky? :D)

Game opponent for sure, they're not mollycoddling this Olympian...

    Round 4

Browne is moving in and hooking with the right, following with the left over the top. Williams is diving in with the counter right and holding briefly until pushing off and resetting outside standing upright. Williams drops a few jabs on the outside as Browne hops and shuffles to his right. Browne stiff-arms Williams in the face breaking out of a clinch on the ropes.

    10-9 Browne

    40-36 Browne

    Round 5

Browne leads with a headbutt and is caught and chastised. The ref deducts a point. Browne is winging in a right hook as Williams dives in and holds around the waist. Browne's hook sails over Williams' back as he is folded up, butt in the air, face down at Browne's midsection. Williams is alternately jabbing his way in and making Browne sidestep or diving in with those clinches. Browne doubles his right jab and misses as Williams drifts left and then scrapes his back along the ropes before catching Browne in a clinch. Williams is very calm, waiting on Browne to lead, countering with the straight right and missing. Double jab, big left hand by Browne on the front foot, missing and getting snatched into a clinch as Williams lays back on the ropes.

9-9 (10-9 Browne minus the deducted point)

    49-45 Browne

Bowne appears to be getting kinda frustrated by the fact that his foe is testing him, and not willing to automatically give him a passing grade.

    Oh man.

That could have been a two point deduction. That was pretty blatant.

"You are winning every round. We almost home. Their defense is getting desperate. Your defense must stay good, low with the Foreman dodge. Wrap him up, up top, so you don't get hit with nothing..."

Otis Griffin, former light heavyweight contender and trainer of Williams. He seemingly thinks his man is well ahead. :blood

Browne is trained by veteran coach Gary Stark, who is asking for Browne to not take any more steps back. He is asking for 3's after the 1-2s and to wake up and get rid of this guy.

    Round 6

They both punch on a break, and Williams lands a right hand on the outside before Browne can get himself set again. Browne is jabbing up into the air and slapping the right hook over Williams' head as Williams bends over plunging in low with the right hand. Jabs by Williams. Browne moves in jabbing at Williams' forearms. Williams maintains distance and parries the right jab while staying off the ropes by angling his steps at the right moment. Right hand down low by Williams between the elbows of Browne. Clinch. Browne wrestles and gets hit on the belt line a few times by Williams' free left hand.

    10-9 Williams

    58-55 Browne

    Round 7

Browne is doubling the jab and flying in, feet off the floor, scrubbing his left hand up into Williams' throat. Rough stuff in the clinch by Browne, warned by the ref. Williams backs out and pops his left jab. Browne is doubling the jab at chest level, and Williams is knocking it down but otherwise not countering. Williams takes a half step back and then circles without throwing anything. Williams is all defense.

    10-9 Browne

    68-64 Browne

    Round 8

Browne is jabbing after Williams, chasing him around the Corona logo and from one set of ropes to another. Williams paws the jab on the backfoot but isn't committing to anything offensively. Browne rushes in and collides a left hand bluntly on the side of Williams' head as he gets tied up. Browne is walking Williams down, stalking with the right jab doubled out to measure. Williams is running and holding. Williams spins Browne into the ropes and burrows his skull into Browne's stomach to pin him there until the ref breaks them up. Big hook by Browne knocks Williams back a few steps as he was ducking in to hold.

    10-9 Browne

    78-73 Browne
