Like Williams, he didn't come to lay down tonight. Hopefully neither did Jay Krupp in our forthcoming main event.

Perez is catching Zuniga walking forward with left upper-hooks and then chopping rights to either side of the body, the left hitting Zuniga near the ribs and the right slamming into his shoulder. Zuniga keeps coming, throwing big hooks while leaning in, and getting countered repeatedly in combination as Perez glides just out of reach.

I don't think Pasquale's card is really indefensible.

Perez skated pretty close to the brink in a couple of the rounds I gave him.

Overall his class showed and he was definitely the better man on the night, but Paulie is right in that his decision-making sometimes holds back the potential his talent could otherwise fulfill.

 

Malignaggi looks SO JELLY standing next to Danny Garcia. (who is wearing a pair of big gold chains around his neck and taking up the whole camera frame with Tompkins and Malignaggi pushed out to the sides barely onscreen...I think it's that fact more than Garcia's higher current stature in the sport that has Paulie feeling and looking salty :rofl)

Holy crap. Ali's destruction of Ronnie Warrior Jr. was nearly a year ago.

THAT WAS HIS LAST OUTING.

25 year old unbeaten prospect, that's insane. Why?? :-(

They were just talking about how it was only recently he linked up with a big promoter (GBP), but still.

Whoever he had handling his career before Golden Boy scooped him up should flagellate themselves raw for shelving a blue-chip guy like this.
