Sounds like Marquez has a pretty solid game plan ... just have to see whether his physical can execute it.

This fight will be a lot more competitive than most think. JMM is a warrior and will fight til the end .. he won't be running like Mosley or Cotto

Marquez should hire a seasoned conditioning coach to fill into the weight better and make for a better war.

yup. he tried going top heavy. Pacquiao's weight has been put mostly on his legs. Marquez looked soft and heavy because he didn't put the weight on in a better way.

JMM should just come in whatever weight he is comfortable of, and then weigh his usual fight night weight. Just like Pac when he fought Marg.

Great read. JMM can be a good commentator.

Now if someone was to take what Marquez says about Pac and post the exact same things as their observations, they would get a whole lot of:

"STFU NOOB!" :blood and "You don't know **** about boxing"...

In hindsight, and taking into account the disgraceful performances from Clottey and Mosley, it's a bit sad that Hatton gets so much flak here nowadays. All it took for Mosley to get on his bike was 1 knockdown to get on his bike early. Hatton at least kept pressing the action despite having been dropped 2x in the 1st round. The man had guts, and at the very least that deserves a lot of respect.

Thanks, one of the few decent posts I've read on here for a while.

JMMs movement and boxing acumen have presented a problem to Pacman and like his little brother, he has a decent chin. Hope he doesn't get hurt because 147 is not 135.

I agree. Poor Hatton, real good fighter. I think with time he'll be remembered more respectfully.
