Anyone living in the UK (Or more specifically the Oldham, Rochdale, Middleton, Manchester area) should seriously consider looking at the new gym which has just opened in Rochdale. A lad I work with is Martin Stapleton's (UFC Ultimate Fighter contestant) brother and has been telling me about the gym. Here is a link to the gym and its facilities page.
