Bute will be a dominant force in the super middle weight division, This fight has come at a crucial time in his career and it tested his character soul heart, Now you will see a more complete fighter than ever, remeber Robbie peden when he koed Nate, Look where Nate his now, you have Pac getting koed look where hes at I can name loads of fighters,Who lost and got better only for the better, I have total respect for Bute,
The guy showed a lot of toughness and guts to stay up on his feet for as long as he did. Showed a lot of heart too, getting up to beat the count. One more round and Andrade would have had him out, though. He needs to work on his stamina and his defence and develop an inside game.
Yes he will be a force in the division, he showed heart, a decent chin and a good set of tools ! As for the clinching...how ironic when someone like Bernard Hopkins does it all fight long, it's considered part of his tool box but in this case it's almost a crime....
Yes,he fought a good fight and was doing what he neede to do until the last round. And getting up from that KD wasn't as easy as it looked
He was KO'ed, he is not a man in the division certainly. He was exposed as a million dollar boy accurately handed and protected by promoters. I hope he will be KO'ed cold soon.
He got up,he wasn't KO'd technically.Protected by promoters?Look at the number of his fights and opponenets and tell me he was protectedatsch
Yes he was protected. If he was against someone dangerous in the ring, he had helpful pocket ref. I just hope his promroters won't be able sell him easely at his backyard after such a disgrace and put him against dangerous guy like Kessler soon.
And you conveniently forgot how good Bute looked in the first 11 rounds. Nice selective memory. :good Just because he got knocked out in the 12th doesnt mean he's not a force in the division, especially after showing dominance in the first 11 rounds. A loss like that doesn't "expose" a fighter or drop him as one of the top guys in the division.
The fact is, he struggled immensley with Andrade, where as Kessler won every round against him and treated it looked like a glorified sparring session. And don't give me some styles ****, the fact is Bute has nothing to trouble a guy like Kessler, who is a step above.
He strugled the last round, the rest 11 rounds were dominated by Bute. His inside fighting is poor and really didn't help him.Yes,Kessler is a step above
