Anyone try it out? Is it a good idea to purchase it or is the training a waste of money?

Haven't tried it, but have Infinite Intensity and Never Gymless.

Can't go far wrong with Ross IMO

After reading the reviews I am going to go with both infinite intensity and never gymless. I am very excited, and I will give you guys feedback.

NG and FTC are both great, but I think Infinite Intensity is probably the best.

I have yet to pick up the missing links DVD, anyone got it?

Mate, the thing is, as Ross constantly states, you have to make the program your own.

I've ran through II a few times, and now am confident enough to make my own programs without following the program set out in II or NG.

They really are a useful learning tool. I've found II especially to be extremely helpful for boxing.
If you run through the program as written a couple of times you will start to understand your own body and what suits you. It is a very good reference & a handy tool for anyone. I can only imagine Full Throttle is of the same standard.

i noticed that. havent got a chance to read my material yet(haven't got it in the mail), but just looking at his FAQs i seen he talks about scheduling the workouts around the person. when i get back to the states i am going to bring my books to my coach, and see what he thinks about it.

Yes, I own II, Never Gymless and the Missing Links. A coworker let me use it a cpl of years ago. It is a great dvd, especially made for fighters getting onto conditioning to compete.

    I would get it ASAP
