Interesting. Big Briscoe fan being from Philadelphia. I'm also in the minority it seems liking Fullmer too. To me Fullmer is a rythem breaker more than anything. I certainly wouldn't look forward to fighting him for that reason. Briscoe is all pressure BUT he tends to follow instead of cutting the ring off. Without cutting the ring off he wont be able to apply hard enough pressure to take this. Fullmer UD
