    I missed one payment due to lack of funds and they gave me
    a week to re-take it.

    My payment has not got through. I think it is to do with I lost my card a few weeks ago and they will have had my old card details.

    Get an email every month saying the payment has been received so no problems yet. I'll wait until my renewal is up though see what way that goes. Anyone else get a survey off em last week too?
