Funny how Quillen wasn't asked about, and never talked about GGG

But why couldn't he get a fight with Golovkin? All I hear is that it's because he's with Haymon. If that's the reason, then why should interviewers waste their time bringing up Golovkin to Quillin?

Network or not, not mentioning the best fighter by far when interviewing a contender in an interview is very weird but kind of fits into what pbc is trying to do

The reason he can't get a fight is becuase he doesn't want it and isn't going to any lengths to get it , his manager is just talking nonsense on his Twitter account

Look at beterbeiv, he agreed to fight on hbo and in Russia, Lara hasn't agreed to do anything at all, he just talks nonsense on Twitter and nothing else

Ggg is by far the best fighter in the divison and probebly the biggest name to not mention him in an interview to a top contender is very weird but fits in what pbc want to do. Also they then mention ggg'a child Jacobs as a world champion but not ggg lmfao

Ok, so Lara should be derided for calling out Golovkin because the fight supposedly can't happen due to his association with Haymon. At the same time, the interviewers need to bring up Golovkin when talking to Quillin even though the fight supposedly can't be made.

Under that scenario, if they did ask Quillin about Golovkin, and he expressed a lot of interest in Golovkin wouldn't that make him the little dog barking behind the fence at the Rottweiler like you accuse Lara of being?

Lara said he would go up to 160 to fight Golovkin and has no problem with any location or network. Beterbiev was offered a fight from Duva. Lara has received no such offer. I'm not sure if Quillin ever has for that matter either.

Where did he say this? Twitter ? The guy doesn't even speak english someone's writing for him. And tbh lara and quillin would both get smashed in on the same night against ggg. Neither wants the fight

Yup duva made an offer, if Lara wants this fight so bad whys his team not making an offer lmfao

His the man in the Division not mentioning him while mentioning his child Jacobs as a world champion is completely ridiculous

Yup it would actually since it would contradict everything his said bscore. Quillin has said the fight is too much risk not enough reward for him

Ok, if Golovkin really wants to fight Mayweather, then why hasn't he made Mayweather an offer? Why hasn't he made an offer to Cotto? The B side doesn't make offers to the A side. Golovkin would be the A side against Lara. Lara has expressed interest in the fight. According to Abel Sanchez, Loeffler approached him about making the fight and Sanchez turned it down. This is Abel Sanchez saying this, he said Lara wasn't accomplished enough.

Lara is the one with the huge promotional backing he is well able to make a purse bid

Eg frampton is A side against quigg , but quiggs side make the offers becuase there the bigger outfit

I see what you're saying, but you're ignoring a couple of factors. You claim Haymon guys aren't even allowed to fight Golovkin. You also have to keep in mind that Golovkin has a fight lined up for October, and is supposed to fight the Cotto vs. Canelo winner afterwards. So why would a network ask Quillin about Golovkin when that fight is supposedly not possible to make at this time and when it would be about year away anyway as Golovkin has two fights lined up?

Why not ask Jacobs and Quillin about each other when that fight can be made by the end of the year? Wouldn't it make sense for a network to promote a fight that can take place on their network in the near future rather than a fight that wouldn't even be on their network and would be at least a year away? If Quillin doesn't want to fight Golovkin, that's on him. But I can't blame the network for not bringing up Golovkin, as it would make no sense for them to do so.

Lara is not Golovkin's mando, so there would be no purse bid. Golovkin is the A side, his team would make the offer. Supposedly, Loeffler was ready to do this and Sanchez turned it down.

My simple fact is you can't ignore the best fighter in the division while calling Jacobs his child a world champion

What would you say if after the jack vs groves fight they start saying will they fight the world champion chudinov while totally ignoring and not mentioning ward for the whole fight(assuming ward is active and staying at 168) it would also e a compelete and a blatant attempt to manipulate the naive audience

Ok, if you want to be upset because ESPN doesn't want to promote a fight that won't happen anytime soon and wouldn't even be competitive then go right ahead. And Jacobs is not real champion, he has the WBA regular title. That's a phony belt. And I wouldn't care if they never mentioned Ward in the Jack vs. Groves fight.

No it doesn't. Lara is not a bigger draw than Golovkin. Do you really think that Golovkin's side would be ok with Lara's side making the offer and therefore controlling the promotion? I don't think so. Using your logic, you would've expected Beterbiev to make an offer to Kovalev. That didn't happen and for a good reason.
