JT is a boxer. Period. A washed up one at that. A great boxer in his day; spectacular even. He was the Uncle Tom who sold out of boxing to go to MMA for 500K. Rampage KNOWS his sport and would whoop Toney brutally in a cage. Talk about pick up a 500lb slap of fat and slam him to "tomorrow kid."
If Rampage fought Toney the way he fights all his MMA opponents, ie: standing and trying to box them, Toney would embarrass him. It's all good and well making fun of Toney's speech now, but the guy is an HOF lock in boxing and has a skillset that a good MMA stand-up fighter like Rampage could only dream about.
