Furry is NOT 6'9!!!

I remember he was listed as 6'7" back then.

The angle of that photo, from below, makes it hard to judge their heights.

Sometimes they look similar in height other times as in below there is clearly a good 2-3 inches difference in height. Suffice to say Fury is definitely taller and his reach is far longer.

Fury is about 6'7 or 6'8

 

Yes early on he was listed as 6'7" and Vitali was listed as 6'8". I suspect Wlad is more likely a bit over 6'6". They just used to round up and now they just round down because he's probably closer to 6'6" than 6'7".

 

I see Wlad is listed as 6'5" (1m 98'). I don't think he's 6'6" (2m .01) and I don't think Fury is 6'9" (2m 10cm). Probably 6'8" max. In fact he's listed at 2m 6cm which is shy of 6'8"

But yeah, 6ft 7", 6ft 8", 6ft 9". What the fúck does it matter? It's hardly going to be a determining factor in the fight.

 

Having seen him in person, he is an uncommonly large human being. He does however, have some pretty ****ty posture, which explains why his height seems to vary in photos. In common with a lot of tall people, he slouches, hunches and stoops.

Whether he is 6'9'' or not I have no idea, but he is the kind of size that people would do a double take if they passed him on the street. He is in a different category altogether to the 6'4'' / 6'5'' types that you see all the time.

 

I've read quotes of people shacking his hands saying he covered their whole ones, it was like a baseball glove
