Wladimir’s next opponent Polish fighter Mariusz Wach (27-0, 15 KO's) is waiting for the arrival of ‘Wladimir resembling’ sparring partners to his training camp.

"At the moment we are finishing negotiations with three boxers. No longer in doubt is Gary Cornish’s arrival from Scotland, and it is likely that Deontay Wilder and Ray Austin of US will come. Now we are waiting for confirmation from their managers "- says Juan de Leon, Wach’s trainer.

Very promising 26-year Deontay Wilder (25-0, 25 KOs) is 201 cm tall and had once helped Polish boxer Tomasz Adamek to get ready for his fight with Vitali Klitschko.
    25-year-old Cornish (9-0, 3 KOs) and 41-year-old Ray Austin (28-6-4, 18 KOs) are 201 cm and 198 cm tall.

Earlier David Price and Tyson Fury were mentioned as Wach’s possible sparring partners but the parties were not able to agree. Price on October 13 will fight against Audley Harrison, Fury is in Holland and wanted Wach himself to come to him for training. However according to latest reports Tyson Fury will be Wladimir’s sparring partner, as Wladimir has also been looking for sparring partners of similar size to giant Wach.

Not a very good argument to take him in, cause we all saw how that played out for Tomasz :!:

    I know, right...

Well so far it looks like Wach has Wilder and Ray Austin, and Wladimir has Fury....at least of the sparring partners that are there to mimic their respective opponents.

I definitely see Fury going to Klitschko's camp. With a title shot in the near future, why not get more comfortable and familiar with your opponents size and style.
