Should Usyk Receive 50%?

This poll will close on Oct 11, 2025 at 9:23 AM.
  1. Yes of course, he's already a legend and has 4 world titles

    75.6%
  2. No, Arum is right, he doesn't deserve 50%, he should accept less

    24.4%

Either it gets announced this week for Saudi which is an extremely short timeline or it's delayed to the end of the year in Saudi.

Don't see it going to the UK

Question is what do Fury & Usyk do through the summer? and how do they stop the orgs not stripping Usyk?

    Or maybe even May/June?

I'm getting a big turned off on Fury with his BS routine ... he's a warrior, incredibly brave and all that but he's buying into his own hype and listening endlessly to that loud mouth , trash father .. at the same time I'm in the minority that think Usky is too smart, fast, well conditioned and fleet of foot and beats him ... Fury likes to throw 200 punches a fight and lay all over his opponent when Usyk can throw six or seven hundred and out move him ... part of me also believes Fury knows its a fight with a lot to lose and little to gain and realizes it's a very tough fight ... it won't surprise me to see Fury avoid it ...

Sure, we can leave it there. Cheers for the discussion too.

Though I am curious where the Saturday 4th April date has come from. The Saturday deadline that Krassyuk was referring to in the video has been and gone according to the interviewer who posted the video. There seems to be some confusion on that point, but the Youtube channel tried to make that clear in the title of the video and the comments section. Actually, the interviewer in the comments said he heard there was an extension to Monday (which has now also passed). Add to that, on the British board someone posted that the Wembley date has become available again...If true, that isn't a good sign. Though, hopefully the fight is still getting made behind the scenes. Maybe they have gone back to the table with the Saudis.

Feels like most of the division is waiting to see what happens with these two.

I still get the feeling this fight will happen, somehow. The biggest tell is that Fury is saying nothing at all in public. In my opinion, once he's decided to fight someone he behaves as if the fight has started and gaining supremacy over every detail is part of how he wins. Now, with, say. Joshua that would be childsplay- he's an athlete but mentally fragile. Usyk is a bright guy and Fury is, it seems, leveraging all of his adantages as regards business to mess with him as much as he can. Fury is favourite for the fight but could definitely lose to Usyk so he's pulling every trick in the book.

Appreciate that. The 4th came from an original post in the forum and some further discussion that clearly concluded the worng date. Now knowing the deadlines been and gone infuriates me personally, as we all now have the realizastion that one side has walked away.
I am still confident these two will get in the ring eventually, I don't see any mishaps in the interim for either warrior, as I don't see any real threats on the horizon bar each other, and I do believe they both want it.
Although Wembley would be a favourite of mine (as I could attend) it'll likely have to be an outside source and a neutral stadium now, that will fill both of the fighters pockets sufficiently.
    Cheers.

Just get it done, this A Side B Side just has rubbish has to stop. It's all ego.

I would rather fight Usyk and have 50% of £50 million and the opportunity to get my hands on all 4 major belts than 90% of £20 million fighting somebody like Frank Sanchez.

I like Fury, I'm a fan but I'm starting to think he doesn't fancy this Usyk fight.

Could be a lot to lose, depends on how you see it, as losing to a top fighter, a champ is in a way not really a shame. But in Fury's case could be a damage to his legacy, especially if he loses, but has no rematch to win or doesn't fight other tops. What I disagree is that there's little to gain - there can't be little to gain if you win over a champion, especially a legendary one like Usyk.

People say Usyk is not about the money, he's about his legacy, but still no valid answer why he doesn't accept 60:40 on Wembley if so.

@Leeroy84 yes, the guy states a deadline extension for Monday, but we're Wednesday. Krassyuk should've said in dates, not days, but... And yesterday Usyk posted "The big day is coming up..." on his Instagram.

If it was for april 29 it should already been announced by now. Fury is ducking like a modern day riddick bowe. There is still time to make it before the sumner but the window is closing.

Sounds like a deal got agreed in Saudi over the weekend for this fight. The fight should be at Wembley, but at this point I don't give af and just want to see the fight.

I'm hearing they've made Fury-Usyk AND Wilder-Joyce for the same night. Fcking crazy if true.

Maybe you meant the risk to reward ratio isn't worth it, but little to gain? Oh, other than undisputed I suppose.. :/

Makes no sense unless they delay the Joyce bout and the fight is in Saudi...
