Pay attention how he throws the hooks on the pads. This is completely illegal, as you can only punch with your first closed, aka you cannot hit with OPEN glove, forget a palm shot.

Now someone who have no clue going to ask, what's the point hitting with the palm ? For obvious reason, there is no padding in there, and you are essentially hitting with an open palm.
