3.38 The following acts shall not be permitted during a Contest:-

3.38.2 A Referee may also deduct points from a Boxer’s score for breaches of these rules. They should indicate this to the Boxer, their corner and to the Steward in Charge or the Area Representative present by pointing to the offender, raising a finger or fingers to indicate the number of points deducted and call out the reason for the penalty,

If an professional athlete is doing something, it's not just for the sake of it, but cause he is gaining advantage. Essentially hitting with the palm of your arm, where there is essentially no padding is huge advantage. It's not done to your opponent, but it has lashing effect. You can bust eardrums, , etc, etc.

This is the main thing, and Fury is doing that quite often.
And doing it on the pads is a indicator he will try to cheat in the fight as well.

Firstly his bias over Fury is ridiculous. And he is talking about saving boxing ... Like what turning it into more fake and corrupt s**** ?
Croward has no business fighting Canelo. Canelo should fight his mandatory and number in the division - Benavidez. Why not making that fight? I can tell you why, cause he knows Canelo won't take that fight, and he is working for the bigger name interest.
Davis vs Inoue is garbage fight, as Inoue has no business fighting Tank. This ain't even fight.
