Sounds excellent. I'm pretty sure I still have my Bunsen Burner and goggles from my GCSE days lying around in the attic somewhere....
Haha perfect, you get promoted to Managing director for onboarding Bunsen Burners and keeping us on the cutting edge of anti doping measures
Maybe it’s time for boxing to adopt the blood passport system? And it’s essential for the sport to drop the distinction between in and out of camp, if you are licensed to box there’s no difference to being in or out of camp when it comes to failing a test, surely there’s enough information out there within all sports testing agencies not just boxing that can compile enough data to spot anomaly’s with a sports person's blood passport and the way to truly eliminate cheating in sports is to have a governing body for all sports and that works together, the system is clearly flawed in that the testing agencies can’t afford court cases against the top sports men or women, every competing team or competitor should have to pay a percentage of their earnings to fund a universal testing agency, it’s common sense. The problem is that a system that can be manipulated or bypassed suits a lot of the big players within sport, the problem is magnified in boxing due to the number of different world body’s and the number of licensing boards and the testing agencies they adopt, I mean you can be banned for what ever reason unable to get a license and then go to another country and be licensed to box, it suits far to many people with deep pockets to keep the sport in the current situation that allows for money to corrupt and open up avenues to bypass the rules, and the credibility of the sport is what suffers, it’s not right and I even forgot about the differentiation between amateur and professional boxing, I mean what other sport is it that amateurs compete at the Olympic Games?
