They already put him back in the top ten, at #10. My thought is that its too early to really consider him an active fighter at this point. Maybe once he's beaten Pianeta, and if its less of a farce than his last "fight". I think once he beats a decent fighter, which, if you squinted in just the right way, you could argue Pianeta is, and if does it in a clean, impressive manner, Fury should go back to at least the top 5. Until then, I don't even really consider him an active fighter.

After he's beaten Pianta no doubt top 10.

It's a tough call former Champion but given the circumstances I agree it's hard to let Fury off the hook. Immediately sliding him back in the Top Ten after beating Seferi isn't enough imo. After Pianata yeah sure

Who did they remove to put him at 10?

Cause the fury who fought Seferi did not look like a top ten HW

I think either Pulev or Ruiz. Ruiz never really earned it to begin with. But while Pulev is too inactive, and it would be fair to drop him down to the bottom of the top ten, he shouldn't be removed yet. They were certainly vastly more patient with Fury, who wasn't fighting anyone at all for 2.5 + years.
