TBH if Desmond/Hennessey can guarantee a purse for Haye then I don't see why it can't happen. Sillyman would make it an eliminator, Haye would say he's forcing a Klit fight, Klit retires and Haye either fights Arreola for the title or takes him on in Arreola's first defence after he is gifted the title.

Sillyman has two priorities: make money and gift titles to his countrymen. This scenario does both.
