But curiously, neither for the comback fight. The guys he wants his year to be:

    Complete can
    Briggs
    Tarver

Is he putting on a senior druggy party? Thought this was about boxing.

Maybe he thinks "The Line" can set him up with some nice white powder.

So he's kind of lowered his ambitions since saying he could get off the couch and beat Joshua. He talks more bs than a politician.

Just to add it's national hedgehog day today so hands off those lovely little creatures Tyson.

This. Tarver hasn't fought in almost 3 years and will be 50 this year.

Might as well add Michael Grant to the mix.

Damn, he dug deep. Might as well take a trip to Texas and ask George Foreman if he wants a fight. What's Larry Holmes up to these days?:risas3:

On the real Fury vs Briggs would be insanely entertaining and probably a good fight. The pre fight talk would be what we all wished Mayweather vs Pacquiao would have been.

I thought Tarver only fought one heavyweight back in 2006, Rocky Balboa, maybe Fury could fight both of them in Creed 2!!!

Is it wrong that I really, really, really, really want to see how Fury vs. Tarver plays out?

Like that's 10x more interesting to me than Fury vs. Briggs, despite all the schoolboy press conference antics the more puerile fans would surely be looking forward to in the latter.

The plan is to fight 4 times this year and so I guess the first 2 will be against soft touches he can easily beat to shake off all that ring rust.

Briggs would be worth it just for the build up even if the fight will be awful. But Tarver? Tarver has done nothing at heavyweight and been inactive even longer than Fury. He should at least fight someone who has done something at heavyweight and is active.

F*** it, I'd like to throw in Lateef Kayode and Kelly Pavlik's name in there.

But seriously, how much better would a random rematch with Cunningham be than those options (Tarver, Briggs)? And I by no means am endorsing that (although, I suppose, in this dark world we live in, being realistic, I don't know, might start campaigning for that one haha).
