Cunningham was finished after Fury hit him with a bodyshot just before Cunningham went to the ropes and was ko'd. Cunningham was no angel himself. He hit Fury on the back of the head at one point. The referee could have been more assertive with both fighters.
While he was hurt by a bodyshot there was only a few seconds left in the round to recover between rounds and go back to winning rounds.
^^This. The body shot had Cunningham looking ready to go, but the way Fury finished it was unfortunately messy. Both guys had been clinching, but Fury's size made the difference. Disappointing to hear of Cunningham and Richardson being so whiny about it though. Sounds like a lot of sour grapes, but I can't see the decision being changed.
Well not all fighters fight like Mayweather or Rigo with brilliant technique. Some fighters are just that, fighters. Cunningham didn't loose because he was the smaller man. He lost because his gameplan was inferior to Tysons. There's always a way to win.
Dirty? Yes. It was coming though smart way to get out of a dangerous situation and get the W which is all that matters.
