Haye should offer 80/20 to the winner.

Furt doesn't earn 80-20 by any stretch of the imagination. He doesn't really deserve 50-50 either tbh.

Based upon both fighters ability to draws in the fans 25% for Fury would be a true reflection of what he's worth and more than fair. Haye draws about 3 times as many fans to his fights and also earns more money from PPV TV rights compared to Fury fighting on freeview on chanel 5.

Casual fans have heard of Haye and will pay for his fights, the casual boxing fans I know, who will pay for PPV boxing events don't even know who Fury is. Haye is by far the bigger draw here and even if it is him stalling on a 50/50 split he has every right to, he's the higher rated contender, the more established fighter and bigger draw by far.

fury might not be the saviour of hw boxing, but imo he does bring somekind of excitement to the division. A bit of a loose canon, but nonetheless someone i enjoy watching. I dont enjoy watching him because he is a brilliant boxer, but when he fights, i know there will be action, i know there will be drama and i know he will do something to **** someone of.

After watching the cunningham fight, i personally feel that the knockdown took a bit of his confidence away. He always presented himself as a steady ship, which could withstand any storm, but imo cunningham somewhat broke that and took something away from fury. I think that is one of the main reasons for him not wanting this fight. He knows - at this point - that he can be hurt,he can be knocked down and that equates to him having some doubts. Combine this with the facts, that haye is faster, stronger and punches harder the cunningham, its easy to comprehend why fury isnt taking this fight.

I must say, eventhough there is a lot of sound reasoning behind fury and his decision, im really dissapointed with this decision. Thought he was a fighter who wanted to be challenged.

Fury is a good travelling lad. If they can con people out of 50 grand for putting a dozen tiles on a roof, of course the idiot will try to get 80% of the purse in a Haye fight. Doesn't mean he will get it, just how they operate. He's even said he wants more so he can buy a new caravan. Lmfao.

Fury asking for 80-20 is basically a duck, no other way of putting it.
