I am sorry, but I think people buy into his personality and story rather than the story of the fight, yes he was the better boxer no doubt about it..but Wilder two knock downs meant the draw was deserved. If Fury was in with Joshua, Joshua would have got him out there later on.
You don't just deserve a draw because of two knockdowns and that is exactly why there is a scoring system. The story of the fight was Fury won 9 rounds comfortably.
In the moment those two knockdowns meant that Wilder deserved those rounds to be scored 8 - 10 at best in his favour. Nothing more.
are you going to expand on that, or do you simply believe that because Wilder got 2 knockdowns he deserved a draw? If its the latter, find a new sport, this one isn't for you
So Fury didn’t win the fight yet your scorecard literally has Fury winning the fight. Time to retire James, brain is mushed.
You need to give wilder another rd, other than 1 and 2 plus the 10-8s. Your maths isn't up to scratch, maybe you hsvnt recovered yet from Sat night.
Lol at the thread above this being "anyone who thinks Wilder won is a moron" My friend, you are a moron.
Once again the scorecards just don't add up for Wilder. What an idiot. This is what I'm saying. Guys are making their decisions before they watch the fight. Or just awarding points to Wilder because they don't like Fury. It's hilarious. Yet to see any scorecard broken down with a draw. Never mind a credible one with elaboration. The "Wilder won narrowly" comments aren't even worth entertaining. Wind up merchants everywhere. Sad, because the brit forum used to be decent. It's no different to the general forum now.
Boxing is not your strong point. Neither is maths because your scorecard gives Fury the win by 2 points. Kinda makes a mockery of your thread title doesn't it?
Fury is a drug cheat who is lucky to still be able to compete. He clearly won that fight though. Please show me the rule that states if a fighter scores two knockdowns he wins the fight....
