    Let's be real
Nobody is a bigger Aj hater than me and I have always supported Fury in his fights, even though he has frustrated the hell out of me with his antics

However, I call things as I see them. He is ducking Anthony Joshua. That fight would be made in an instant if Fury wanted it, but he clearly doesn't

It's a fight that would bring Fury more money than any other by a country mile and he would settle once and for all the debate of who's number 2 of the era and best of Britain. Sure hasn't Fury and his fans including me said Joshua is a stiff bodybuilder and Fury would box his head off? so my question is this,

Why doesn't Fury want this fight if it's such an easy win? Wouldn't it be a great way to bow out on a high in the biggest fight on home soil, while silencing your doubters once and all, settle the debate on who was the better?

    Where is Tyson Fury?

I no longer ****ing care about Fury / AJ. These two are going to end up having their big showdown behind a kebab stand for a bag of chips and a milkshake and it serves them right for dragging this out for so long.

Fury is a cherry-picker and borderline mentally unstable person. Joshua might be inept, but is willing to take any fight that gives him benefits, especially monetary ones.

NotJoshua's fault, he's ready and has been, but agreed, it means little now. I just wanted to call Fury a duck

Joshua is self important and greatly overestimates his own boxing abilities. That said, at least he gets in the ring without too much difficulty. Fury appears to be clinically insane and would go off the deep end without boxing to keep him occupied and well compensated.

In a sense you could say that.

I think he's a avoiding the fight in the sense he could make it, but that he has a right to decline, and it's not really fair to say true duck because he's not obligated to make the fight like he was with Usyk (for undisputed).

I can see why he walks away. AJ ducked the fight when it was meaningful and Fury was in form. Now AJ has little to lose if he wants to continue and Fury just lost and took more brain damage and is getting fatter which makes it attractive to AJ and Hearn now.

So Fury may not want to now take a risky fight where AJ has it all to gain really, and give them another payday.
The other thing is Fury doesn't get much credit for beating AJ now because AJ is no longer prime and Dubious just destroyed him.

Fury did say he'd beat him etc., but that was back before Fury was declining. I think Fury knows he's lost a bit and things have changed.

He might turn around and still do it though. I think it's a dumb idea. If Usyk is wobbling you like that now, a very dumb idea. They had their chance.

Fury has always been a duck; I'm surprised he even fought Wilder and Usyk, one has no boxing skills the other is a midget with no power (relatively speaking).

Adam i know you're a Fury fan but i've always felt Joshua would be able to give Fury a competitive fight, Joshua is a more skilled puncher than someone like Wilder and he hits hard either hand not just the right hand like Wilder.

I feel like Fury at his best would beat Joshua though as he's stronger mentally and i think he could get into Joshua's head with the mind games. And his movement for a big man would make the more robotic stiff Joshua look pedestrian.

But....as of right now i really don't know Joshua got poleaxed by Dubois recently and his confidence may be totally shot now. I honestly don't think Joshua has been quite the same since Ruiz bounced him all over the ring, and he's been in two minds in regards to what type of style he wants to use.

Fury gave Usyk competitive fights but i also think he's shopworn and i have strong doubts that he's heart is fully in boxing now.

Overall thoughts ? i still want to see Joshua/Fury and i still think Fury can add something to the Heavyweight scene even though i'm not a fan.

I favored him at a time, but Joshua is always a tough fight for him. Fury doesn't have that one punch power and like you say, Joshua can bang like Wilder with a much more complete skill set

Styles make fights. Maybe Aj always had his numbers? Typical with boxing we never got to find out and the fight is clearly past it's sell BT date

Fury maybe doesn't have his heart in it, but if Aj was smaller, or had less power? He'd sign in the dotted line quicker than I can get off the John

    Boderline?

Fury has been diagnosed Bi-polar, not to mention the fact that the amount of cocaine he's done does not contribute to rational thought.

The only good fights Fury ever took were those where his opponents had the belts - Klitschko, Wilder and Usyk. The third fight with Wilder was forced by a court mandate. When Fury had the belts, he fought the cripple, the washerman and the elderly. Fury had signed to fight Joshua when Anthony had the belts. Now that he doesn't, Tyson is not interested.

With Joshua and Fury I feel like Joshua can hurt Fury more than other way round. Joshua hits like a freight train.

But Fury looks in better form of late.

Joshua is not helping the situation when literally every time he is about to face Fury he gets knocked out.

Fury is 0-2 in his last 2 fights could've been arguably 0-3 he has no belt like Joshua they're in the same boat right now.
