Someone ask Ngannou whether Fury or AJ was a more difficult opponent….

Joshua did better against Usyk than Fury did.

Fury has been ducking Joshua from years. This is just him rationalising it to himself.

Fury has been consistent about this. When Usyk beat AJ he was openly annoyed, if people followed at the time they would know that. He was annoyed because he knew he'd get no credit for beating AJ now and that the value went down, he said as much. The loss to Dubious only destroyed that even more.

Is Fury playing it safe? Absolutely. But when you look at what's at stake for his reputation for the rest of his life in the UK, you should be able to see why it's not worth it for him any longer.

If AJ really wants that fight, what he should do is rematch Dubious and get the KO. I honestly think he could do it and if he did, he could then be in a better position. And that's an irony here. See if you want to say Fury is ducking AJ now, you have to confront the fact that AJ ducked the Dubious rematch so he wouldn't ruin another 'big fight' chance by getting KO'd again.

Fury is really arrogant and greedy. He has to earn title shot. He doesn't deserve it yet. He should beat at least 3 heavyweights in top 10 before daring mentioning Usyk's name.
