Now if it was just one of them I could expect a Lucas Browne type excuse and he may get the benefit of the doubt.....but both of them at the same time? Hmmmmm yeah OK.:shakehead:

It's been very widely reported earlier this year that it was nandrolone he and Highie tested positive for. He even stated it possibly came from supplements so that admission confirms he has definitely failed a test for something other than a recreational drug.

If it were a recreational drug this whole thing would have already blown over already as nobody would care as it wouldn't be performance enhancing and the bans for recreational drugs tend to be much shorter such as when Mutu the football player who was banned for 9 months for cocaine. Fury would have already served his ban and be back, still with the belts.

The whole situation with the Fury's makes me wonder about Browne's doping incident. I was skeptical at first and though Browne had been stitched up by Chagaev's management. But Browne was training with the Fury's, so that's 3 fighters from one stable linked to doping. Any fighter training under Peter Fury has to be under suspicion of doping now.

Indeed, it certainly doesn't help him if he was in fact innocent. Has anything ever come up with Eddie Chambers? I seem to remember he was part of that gang also.

Hatton has sadly diminished his own credibility somewhat with his recent behaviour also. I think there are less people around to blindly take his word as gospel like they may have in the past.

Add to that the fact that Peter Fury was in jail for being the kingpin of a methamphetamine gang he probably knows where to get PEDs from. The drug business runs in the family.

The was the crazy thing about Tyson demonising Joshua for his drug dealing past. His uncle was one the major drug dealers in the UK during the 90s with lots of the opportunities granted to him paid for by his families involvement in that trade.

It could be a recreational drug like cocaine, I mean look at him during the Wilder face off

I don't think Chambers have ever been caught doping but he has worked with Victor Conte. I think it was just before his fight with Wlad.

I didn't know that about his uncle. The entire Fury family are pretty sketchy at best, when surrounded by a family of dubious morality it's not surprising at all that he's been doping. The mentality of doing whatever it takes to get by, whether it's legal or not suggests he did cheat. But we'll see after his NADP hearing hopefully then we'll get some details of what actually went down.

Very strange things. Probably best for Fury to end this
boxing experiment and seek mental health. This guys
career melted before our very eyes.

I just wonder whose career Peter Fury is more interested in saving at the moment, his nephews or his sons. Hearn made a claim that Hughie turned down a huge offer to fight Joshua in November these last couple of days. 'Life Changing' money he called it. To me that would suggest touching 7 figures. Apparently Peter Fury turned it down flat and wanted double.

Actually surprised he wanted a fight against Hughie when he knows full well about the talk going around right now. Why would you knowingly put in your World Champ in against someone who has failed a drugs test and has a further hearing coming up 20 or so days before fight night?

Yeah it's bizarre. When those around you have such a checkered past you think you'd keep quiet about other people's transgressions. Not so for the holier than thou Tyson Fury who goes around pointing fingers at people and then crying about when people point their ones right back at him.

I'm a Fury fan but this stuff doesn't look good at all.
