If the fight versus AJ doesn't materialize, but AJ's team had every intention of signing after working out the legal issues (which looks to be the case), then AJ deserves some credit here. He was willing to take on another champ after two tough losses and potentially torpedo his own career even further. And Fury's stock should definitely go down, especially if he fights that Charr douche. Fury just makes up some stupid arbitrary deadline and then uses that as an excuse not to fight what could be the biggest money fight of his career and a fight that lots of fans would love to see?! It really makes it seem like he had no intention of fighting AJ. And then he announces that he's fighting Charr?! Who wants to see this fight, other than Charr? Fury is an idiot and he should now be seen as a cherry picker.

This is on Hearn 99.99%....his business model and current contractual agreements are hemoraging money.....he cant afford to send AJ out as cannon fodder and put his empire in jeopardy as all his egg(not even eggs) are in the one basket...he needs to try salvage AJ as he his damaged goods and Eddie now has to try recoup what he can from multiple "Tune-up" stadium fights and make the gullable's shell out on more PPV's.

It's blatantly obvious Hearns agenda and the way he manipulates the masses with countless youtube interviews and he is clever in how he words it all to turn it onto others when matchmaking breaks down. Dont get me wrong, Fury's team are also playing a game as well....but EH knows damn fine that AJ as the brand has been the big seller....not for his boxing which through careful matchmaking to make him look good and at the same time using Whyte as a Pawn and feeler gauge to protect AJ along his career path.

Its not about the boxing and the matchmaking we all want to see....this comes down to the $$$$£££ that the promoters can milk and the longer they can sook the teets of their cashcows....the more they will do to protect it and stop fights from happening unless its last chance saloon or the money on offer is completely ridiculus.

Joshua is **** mate. I know you have to pretend he's good because it reflects well on Usyk but come on. Joshua is maybe the 4th or 5th best heavyweight. No way Furys worried about fighting him.

 

People who are oddly infatuated with Fury through the lens of bitterness are showcasing some funny mental gymnastics right now. Probably compounded by the fact that their hero who has now lost thrice and beaten nobody bar a retiring Klitschko has been unable to make this happen, probably because of Hearns. At the same time the fanboys like @lordlosh release a massive sigh of relief that loss 4 in 6 is not imminent. Another couple of shot boys like Whyte and someone else to milk the cash cow before he likely gets put over once and for all.
