He’s not afraid of him in terms of getting hurt. He’s afraid because he might lose on points and get embarrassed.

being outboxed by a cruiserweight will shatter his illusion he's the GOAT as he won't even be the best of his era

He fought a can crushing hype job who forged an entire career feasting on low to no skill cans from the WBC's rigged rankings

Who has beaten a whopping 2 world champions in 46 fights and one of them was shot to smithereens and 2-4 in their last six fights, 3 of said losses via KO or stoppage, both wins against nobodies.

The Dosser's best win is a senior citizen who had never fought a legit puncher before, has been dropped by pretty much if not every puncher he's fought, and their best win is either Bryant Jennings or Charles Martin

The Dosser's second best win in 46 fights is a sick Stiverne who is one of the weakest HW champions of all time and his best win is Arreola and his second a 40 y/o way past it slug slow Ray Austin who was boxing his ears off for the vast majority of the fight before his old man gas tank ran out of gas and he got clipped. Austin is widely considered one of Wlad's weakest title challengers even though Wlad fought a younger 35 y/o version of him who hadn't lost in six years.

Both Ortiz and Stiverne have heads which are magnets for right hands, have lead feet, and short reaches for HWs ie. they were tailor-made for The Dosser.

The skill level of The Dosser's opponents sans Belly and Ortiz is woeful. Usyk's skill level is off the charts. Usyk beaten more world champions in 20 fights than Belly and his have gloves won't travel hype job beau from Tuscaloosa have in 80 fights combined and both have only beaten 2 prime ones between them.

As a big fan of your ESB posting career Serge, I'm interested, will you give Fury full credit if he beats Usyk convincingly?

Fury hasn't forgotten Steve Cunningham. He knows the skill a smaller man who depends less on size can bring.

No but Fury did fight and defeat a top 5 ATG puncher in Wlad. I’ll give you that! The same Wlad who by several eye witness accounts got handled pretty good by Usyk in sparring!

Fury isn’t afraid, but he ****ing KNOWS the challenge Usyk presents. And so do all his fans that have been calling Usyk “Just a small cruiser with no power” :)

How did Usyk struggle against Chisora? He was never hurt and other than losing the first couple rounds, which is typically the norm for him, he cruised to a UD victory with no trouble.

Wilder may be up there with some of the hardest hitting Heavyweights, but he's certainly not as good as skill wise as Prime Tyson, Prime Lewis, Prime Louis. And whilst it's debatable that Lewis, Tyson, Louis, hit as hard as Wilder with any 1 punch. They're certainly a more dangerous opponent for their overall skillset and not just reliant on their power like Wilder.

Also for me the only top Heavyweight Wilder has stopped is an old Luis Ortiz. I would still like to see more evidence of Wilder's power against fighters like Ruiz, Joyce, etc. Fighters who are known for their good chins and who are ranked in the top 5.

    Earnie Shavers in modern HW...

I prefer John L Sullivan. He looked cooler.
